Litigation

RMF’s Employment Law Practice Group has broad employment litigation experience, at federal, state, and local administrative agencies and in state and federal court.  We litigate and engage in alternative dispute resolution for cases arising from claims of wage and hour violations, wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, restrictive covenant violations, failure to accommodate, and retaliation under a variety of federal state and local laws.
