Liam P. Bradley is an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the Corporate & Securities and Health Law Departments. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, Energy, Municipal & Government Affairs, and International practice groups.
Liam’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation, where he advises public and private clients on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, contractual, and other commercial matters. He also has experience in litigation, including commercial disputes and medical staff privileges hearings.
Liam is admitted to practice in New York and Texas. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, and serves on Chaminade High School’s Lawyers Association Committee. He also volunteers as an editor/contributor to NYAREA, an advocacy organization focused on revitalizing New York energy infrastructure, and is a member of the William Tudor Society at West Point and a committee member at the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center at Stony Brook.
Liam received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law where he served as a Senior Staff Member of the St. John’s Law Review and the President of their Veteran, First Responder, and Front Line Worker’s Society. His note, “Was the Colonial Cyberattack the First Act of Cyberwarfare Against the U.S.? Finding the Threshold of War for Ransomware Attacks,” was published in Volume 96.2. He has recently been published in Volume 36.2 of the New York State Bar Association’s International Law Review for his paper, “We Are Who We Protect: Encouraging Accessibility in the U.S. Armed Forces with Lessons from the German Bundeswehr and Israeli Defense Force.”
During law school, Liam interned with the Hon. Timothy Driscoll in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County. He also completed internships with Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. and Matthew F. Didora, P.C.
Prior to law school, Liam worked for Enterprise Products Partners as an oil and gas commercial analyst in Houston, Texas. He was responsible for financial forecasts for over 40 propane and refined product terminals, including truck terminals, rail loading and offloading facilities, and marine terminals supplying heating fuel across the country. In partnership with marketing teams, he introduced biofuel blending initiatives. His analysis contributed to the construction of a Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) terminal designed to capture market pricing differentials in the Mexican propane market.
He graduated from the United States Military Academy, majoring in International Relations with a track in systems engineering, and is also a graduate of the 101st Airborne Division’s Sabalauski Air Assault School. Liam has participated in and coordinated exchanges with armed forces in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. He served as Pipe Major of the United States Corps of Cadets Pipes and Drums Band for two years and was retired from the U.S. Army in 2018.
