Mark S. Mulholland, Senior Partner, is a member and Chairman Emeritus of the Litigation Department, and has served as the Managing Partner at the firm. Lois Bladykas, Partner, serves as Chair of the firm’s Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Bladykas is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department, and the Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Transactions, and Regulatory Problem Solving Practice Group. Ms. Bladykas’s practice focuses on estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, including all manner of Surrogate’s Court proceedings such as probate contests, accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, will and trust construction proceedings, and other complex disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries. This includes related litigation in New York State Supreme Court and appeals to the Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals. As a complement to her litigation practice, Ms. Bladykas has significant experience in estate administration, including handling probate and administration proceedings, preparing fiduciary accountings, and preparing federal and New York State estate tax returns. Ms. Bladykas is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Trusts and Estates Law Section, where she serves as Treasurer of the Section, and served as Co-Chair of the Legislation & Government Relations Committee. Liam P. Bradley, Associate, is a member of the Corporate & Securities and Health Law Departments. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, Energy, Municipal & Government Affairs, and International practice groups. Mr. Bradley’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation where he advises public and private clients on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, contractual, and other commercial matters. He also has litigation experience, having handled both commercial disputes and medical staff privileges hearings. He has authored and published materials addressing key issues in cybersecurity, aerospace, supply chain security, and defense. He graduated the United States Military Academy, majoring in International Relations with a track in systems engineering. He is also a graduate of the 101st Airborne Division’s Sabalauski Air Assault School. John D. Chillemi, is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Zoning and Land Use Practice Group and IDA & Municipal Development Incentives Practice Group. Mr. Chillemi’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial properties throughout the United States with specific experience in “zero net bond leasing” transactions and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange transactions. Mr. Chillemi has experience with land use and zoning transactions, including representation of land developers of various projects ranging from change of zone petitions, variances, municipal hearings and IDA financing. Mr. Chillemi is a board member of Vision Long Island and a member of the Long Island Association’s Young Professionals Committee.

Matthew R. Finegan, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Mr. Finegan represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including business divorce matters, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, civil RICO, construction-related litigation, and matters involving the trucking industry. Ms. McCormack is also engaged in numerous philanthropic efforts, supporting organizations such as the Sunrise Association, Marty Lyons Foundation, Beacon House, and the Nassau County Bar Association WeCare Fund, among others.
Rachel A. Morgenstern, Of Counsel, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department and its Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation and Fine Art Law Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including federal RICO actions, contract disputes, insurance coverage matters, and shareholder disputes. Ms. Morgenstern has represented clients in both federal and state court through every stage of litigation, including e-discovery, oral argument, and trial. She brings to her practice multiple academic degrees in writing and substantial experience in motion practice, both of which are essential to success in these areas of law.
Nicole Osborne, Partner, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Health Law Departments. Ms. Osborne also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group and is a member of the Employment, White Collar Crime and Investigations, and Crisis Management Practice Groups. Ms. Osborne has experience in a variety of matters involving the employer-employee relationship, including wage and hour compliance and investigations, employment discrimination prevention, employee handbooks and trainings, administrative proceedings, disability accommodations and leave related issues. Ms. Osborne has defended claims in administrative and court proceedings relating to sexual harassment, age, race, and national origin discrimination, restrictive covenant violations, confidentiality violations, and trade secret theft for various clients, both large and small. In addition to her labor and employment work, Ms. Osborne advises companies on a wide range of cybersecurity and data privacy matters, including data breaches, ransomware, business email compromise, and network intrusions, and works closely with internal teams and external experts to manage all stages of incident response from investigation through regulatory reporting. Ms. Osborne also maintains a commercial litigation practice in federal and state courts, representing individuals and companies in a wide area of complex commercial litigation – including matters involving employer/employee disputes, trade secret misappropriation, business torts, breach of contract and shareholder disputes, professional liability (including claims related to Employment Practices Liability and Directors and Offices Insurance Policies), and Article 78 proceedings.
Dominick P. Ragno, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, as well as the firm’s Corporate Governance and International practice groups. Mr. Ragno’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation, where he advises both public and private clients across a wide array of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raising efforts (public offerings and private placements), business disputes, contract review and negotiations, and ongoing disclosure requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and compliance with the Securities Act of 1933. Mr. Ragno also counsels clients in connection with the design, implementation and administration of corporate governance and compliance policies and programs. Mr. Ragno was honored by Long Island Business News as a “30 Under 30” award recipient and is a member of the Sunrise Association’s Young Professionals Committee.
Zachary N. Zayas, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department and the Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zayas was Principal Law Clerk to Honorable Peter J. Kelly, Surrogate and Supreme Court Justice of Queens County. As Principal Law Clerk, Mr. Zayas presided over non-jury hearings and kinship trials, prepared decisions, orders and stipulations, and conferenced thousands of cases concerning every area of Surrogate’s Court practice, most of which resulted in an amicable resolution. Mr. Zayas’ practice focuses on estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, including all manners of Surrogate’s Court practice such as probate contests, accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, will and trust construction proceedings, and other complex disputes involving distributees, beneficiaries and fiduciaries. Mr. Zayas is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Law Section where he serves as a committee member of the Estate Litigation Committee.
