Girls Inc. Long Island is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold through direct service and advocacy. As Secretary, Ms. Guido will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission, helping to empower young women across Long Island to achieve their full potential.

Ms. Guido is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department and Blockchain Technology and Digital Asset Practice Group. Ms. Guido’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation where she advises public and private clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, and SEC filings.
In her commercial practice, Ms. Guido has specific experience in representing businesses and individuals in cases involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, joint venture agreements, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Ms. Guido is the President and Co-Founding member of the Jane Guido Foundation, a Long Island Charity that provides financial assistance to families in need.
