Mr. Tully received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (JCRED) and as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course. During his time at St. John’s, Mr. Tully was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and was named as a fellow in the New York State Court of Appeals Fellowship Program. Mr. Tully received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where he studied Economics.
Prior to joining RMF, Mr. Tully was an associate at a Manhattan-based law firm where he defended accountant, lawyer, and director & officer liability claims. Additionally, during law school, Mr. Tully was a judicial intern for the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly in the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court and the Honorable Christopher G. Quinn in the New York State Supreme Court.
