Uniondale, Long Island, New York, December 4, 2008 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that five of its attorneys – Douglas A. Cooper, Eric C. Rubenstein, Benjamin Weinstock, Harold S. Berzow and Irvin Brum – were selected for inclusion in Long Island Business News' Who's Who Guide for 2008. The guide profiles individuals who have distinguished themselves in specific business or professional categories.
Cooper, who was profiled in Who's Who in Litigation Law, is a co-managing partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek and a senior member of the firm's Litigation Department and Construction Law Practice Group. He has wide ranging experience in general commercial litigation as well as construction litigation, and has tried numerous such cases in both the federal and state court.
Rubenstein and Weinstock, selected for the Commercial Real Estate section, co-chair the firm's Real Estate Department. Rubenstein manages a diverse transactional practice with specific emphasis on sophisticated mortgage financing, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales. Weinstock, whose career has spanned three decades, has been acknowledged as one of the premier real estate attorneys in New York State.
Berzow, profiled in the Business Reorganization section, is a partner in the firm's Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Department and chairs the firm's Business Reorganization Practice Group.
