Kyle N. Voigt is a Law Clerk at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. He recently passed the July 2025 New York Bar Exam and is awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.
Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure, a research assistant to Professor Leslie S. Newman, and an Associate Editor of Volume 42 of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He was also a Legal Intern in the Cardozo Civil Rights Clinic, where he represented a federally incarcerated client.
He is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, with a minor in Philosophy.
