RMF Partner Norman Cerullo Appointed to Touro Law Center’s Board of Governors

Uniondale, NY – September 22, 2025 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is proud to announce that Partner Norman Cerullo has been appointed to Touro Law Center’s Board of Governors.

The Touro Law Center Board of Governors is a group of distinguished men and women dedicated to supporting the growth of the Law Center. The Board consists of nearly 40 lawyers and non-lawyers who are regional and national leaders in the legal, business, philanthropic and academic communities.

Mr. Cerullo is a member of the Litigation and Health Law Departments at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.

Mr. Cerullo’s practice focuses on business litigation in both federal and state courts and in mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Cerullo’s clients have included financial institutions, technology and software companies, real estate firms, government contractors, educational institutions, accounting firms, media and sports interests, not-for-profits and a host of other businesses and individuals in a wide array of complex matters. Mr. Cerullo has significant experience litigating cases involving breach of contract, real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements, as well as intellectual property disputes, including claims of misappropriation of trade secrets.

Mr. Cerullo has been named by Super Lawyers to its list of Rising Stars as one of the top up-and-coming business litigators in the New York Metropolitan area, and to its list of New York area Super Lawyers. Mr. Cerullo was also the recipient of Long Island Business News’ Inaugural Leadership in Law Award, recognizing individuals whose dedication to excellence and leadership, both in the legal profession and in the community, have had a positive impact on Long Island.

Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center is located adjacent to both a state and a federal courthouse in Central Islip, New York, and has a branch campus in Manhattan.
