Dominick P. Ragno
Associate
Dominick Ragno is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where he is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, as well as the firm’s Corporate Governance and International practice groups. Dominick’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation, where he advises both public and private clients across a wide array of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raising efforts (public offerings and private placements), business disputes, contract review and negotiations, and ongoing disclosure requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and compliance with the Securities Act of 1933. Dominick also counsels clients in connection with the design, implementation and administration of corporate governance and compliance policies and programs.
Dominick was named a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star (comprised of the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40) (2024).
Dominick was honored by Long Island Business News as a “30 Under 30” award recipient (2022).
Dominick is a member of the Sunrise Association’s Young Professionals Committee. The Sunrise Association provides free summer day camp for children with cancer and their siblings.
Dominick received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. During his time in law school, Dominick was a Senior Staff Member of the St. John’s Law Review and the Education and Skills Coordinator for the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland.
