Ruskin Moscou Faltischek Adds Three New Associates to its Ranks Expands Litigation and Health Law Departments

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, April 26, 2007 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that the law firm has expanded its attorney roster with the addition of three new associates. Matthew F. Didora and Thomas A. Telesca have joined the firm’s Litigation Department, and William J. McDonald has joined the firm’s Health Law Department.

Didora received his J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law and his undergraduate degree (BS, Economics) from Fordham University. In his previous position with another Long Island-based law firm Didora was focused on commercial litigation matters. He is a resident of Long Beach.

Telesca received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where he majored in History and Classical Civilization. Telesca, a resident of Bay Shore, was most recently associated with two law firms in New Jersey and prior to that, with the United States District Court in New Jersey.

McDonald, a resident of Deer Park, received his J.D. degree from the State University of Buffalo School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, McDonald was associated with the Nassau County and Suffolk County District Attorney’s offices, the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, and a local Long Island-based law firm.
