Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. Welcomes New Associate to the Firm

Uniondale, NY – March 24, 2020 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., announced today that Briana Enck has joined the firm as a first year Associate.

“We are pleased to welcome Briana to our firm,” said Managing Partner Adam Silvers. “Given Briana’s remarkable accomplishments we look forward to her continued contributions in her new role as an associate.”

Briana is a 2019 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, Briana was an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, a member of the Black Law Students Association and a member of the Latino/a American Law Students Association. Upon graduation, Briana received the Gold Public Service Award.

Prior to joining the firm, Briana was a Legal Intern at the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County with the Children’s Law Bureau where she drafted Special Immigration Juvenile Status motions. She was selected as a Winter Diversity Fellow at Meyer, Suozzi, English, & Klein, P.C. in 2018. Briana was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable LashAnn DeArcy Hall at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Briana also was a Legal Intern at the Hofstra Law Asylum Clinic, where she guided asylum applicants who fled their countries because of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group in immigration proceedings.
