Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. Welcomes Margaret B. Rahner To The Firm

Uniondale, N.Y. December 23, 2022– Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Margaret B. Rahner has joined the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department as Of Counsel. Ms. Rahner’s practice focuses on trust and estate planning, including all manner of Surrogate’s Court proceedings such as Probate, Administration, Accounting, and Ancillary Proceedings, as well as preparation of fiduciary accountings, and preparation of New York State and Federal estate tax returns.  Ms. Rahner works with clients to create an optimal plan to best suit their current and future needs while keeping potential income or estate tax consequences in mind. Ms. Rahner’s experience in Real Estate and Corporate Law supplements the estate plans where applicable for those clients owning residential or commercial property individually or in limited liability companies or the like.
