Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. Welcomes Keith Topper as Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Securities Department

Uniondale, NY – March 2, 2026 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is pleased to announce that Keith Topper has joined the firm as an Associate in its Corporate & Securities Department.

Mr. Topper received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a Staff Member on the St. John’s New York International Law Review. His Note, Vegan Dairy: How FDA Can Avoid Crying Over Spilled [Cow-Less] Milk, was published in Volume 79.1 of the Food and Drug Law Journal. Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., Mr. Topper worked as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice at a Big Four accounting firm and previously served as an Associate at a boutique law firm focusing on the sell-side representation of insurance businesses in proposed mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Topper serves on the Board of Directors of the Galactosemia Foundation, a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of patients and families impacted by Galactosemia. Keith is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and Long Island Hispanic Bar Association.
