Uniondale, NY – October 29, 2025 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Jacqulyn S. Loftin has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group.

Ms. Loftin has represented Chapter 7 Trustees, Chapter 11 Trustees, and debtors-in-possession in bankruptcy proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Throughout her career, Ms. Loftin has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including maritime, transportation, healthcare, and other corporate sectors. Ms. Loftin has also served as Chief Liquidating Officer in jointly administered Chapter 11 proceedings.
Ms. Loftin is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), serving as a Director at Large of the New York City Chapter. Ms. Loftin has previously held leadership positions as Chair and Vice Chair of the Programming Committee and Chair and Vice Chair of the Network of Women Committee for the TMA New York City Chapter. Ms. Loftin also serves as a member of the Network of Women Committee for the TMA Long Island Chapter.
Ms. Loftin has been recognized as a New York Metropolitan Area Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy and previously as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
