Uniondale, N.Y. June 13, 2024– Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Adam L. Rosen has joined the firm’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy and Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy departments as Of Counsel.

With over 35 years of experience, including representing public and private companies, trustees, receivers, creditors, insurance companies and other financial institutions, Mr. Rosen is recognized for his ability to find unique, business-oriented solutions to complex insolvency problems.
His experience includes middle-market cases, as well as several of the largest chapter 11 cases, including Madoff Securities, Toys r Us, Neiman Marcus, WeWork, Rite-Aid, FTX Trading Ltd., and LATAM Airlines.
Mr. Rosen has authored or co-authored several articles and outlines involving bankruptcy and restructuring issues and is a contributing author to the “Collier Practice Guide” bankruptcy treatise. He is an American College of Bankruptcy fellow and, from 2001 to 2018, was an adjunct professor of law at the St. John’s School of Law (LLM Program). For many years, Mr. Rosen has been recognized as a leading practioner by Super Lawyers, and has the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubble.
