 Uniondale, NY, January 5, 2026 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is proud to announce that Partner Russell H. Stern has been appointed Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department. He will serve alongside Partner and Co-Chair Steven J. Kuperschmid. Stern succeeds Irvin Brum who for more than three decades has led the department and built it into the largest and most respected practice of its kind on Long Island. Under Irvin’s direction, the Department achieved exceptional and sustained growth and became widely recognized as the market leader for excellence, depth, and results.
