Ruskin Moscou Faltischek Attorney Andrew Garbarino Named to Board of Association for Mental Health and Wellness

Uniondale, NY – February 1, 2019 – Andrew T. Garbarino of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., has been named to the Board of Directors of the Association for Mental Health and Wellness, a local chapter of Mental Health America and the Mental Health Association of New York State.

Garbarino, Of Counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, is a member of the firm’s Health Law Practice Group, where he counsels and represents corporations, health care practices, hospitals and other providers on matters of enforcement, investigation and compliance. With extensive experience in the public sector as a former Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, Garbarino is also a member of the firm’s White Collar Crimes and Investigations, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy and Not-for-Profit Practice Groups.

A resident of Sayville, Garbarino is a graduate of the University of Delaware and holds a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
