Uniondale, NY – January 23, 2026 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is pleased to announce that Partner Lois Bladykas has been appointed Chair of the firm’s Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. In her new role, Lois will lead the continued growth and direction of the practice group, with a strong focus on client advocacy.
Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.’s Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all types of complex and sensitive disputes related to wills, estates, and trusts. Although a number of law firms handle trust and estate litigation, Ruskin Moscou Faltishek, P.C. is one of a few with a legal team devoted exclusively to this highly specialized area of the law.

In addition to serving as Chair, Ms. Bladykas is a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department and the Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Transactions, and Regulatory Problem Solving Practice Group.
Ms. Bladykas’ practice focuses on estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, including all manner of Surrogate’s Court proceedings such as probate contests, accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, will and trust construction proceedings, and other complex disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries. This includes related litigation in New York State Supreme Court and appeals to the Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals. As a complement to her litigation practice, Ms. Bladykas has significant experience in estate administration, including handling probate and administration proceedings, preparing fiduciary accountings, and preparing federal and New York State estate tax returns.
Ms. Bladykas is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Trusts and Estates Law Section, where she serves as incoming Treasurer of the Section, and served as Co-Chair of the Legislation & Government Relations Committee. Ms. Bladykas is also an active member of the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association, where she serves as Treasurer. Ms. Bladykas was a recipient of the 2024 Blank Slate Media 40 Under 40 Award, and 2019 Long Island Business News, Leadership in Law Award in the Associate category.
