Mr. Durso is a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Health Law Departments. He also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Crisis Management Practice Group and is a member of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy and White Collar Crime and Investigations Practice Groups.
Mr. Durso regularly counsels business owners, public and privately held companies and health care professionals in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, government investigations, prosecutions and administrative proceedings. David also represents health care professionals in matters involving the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC), Office of Professional Discipline (OPD), Office of the Inspector General (OIG), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
Mr. Durso is a member of the Board of Directors of Contractors for Kids, a Long Island charity that provides financial assistance to families with sick children. In addition, Mr. Durso is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the Business Law section. Mr. Durso has been named as a New York Metro Super Lawyer, Rising Star from 2021-2024 and a Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for 2025.
