Uniondale, NY – August 6, 2026 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is proud to announce that its Marketing Director, Lauren Grasso, has been named an honoree of HIA-LI’s Rising Leadership Award, recognizing Long Island’s next generation of influential leaders. The awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Stonebridge Country Club in Smithtown.
This distinguished recognition celebrates individuals who exemplify strong leadership, deliver outstanding results, and contribute in a meaningful and lasting way to their organizations and the broader business community.

As Marketing Director of RMF, Lauren leads the firm’s marketing and communications efforts, managing initiatives that support more than 70 attorneys and contribute to the firm’s continued growth, visibility, and success. Lauren oversees the firm’s marketing strategy, including branding, sponsorships, advertising, media outreach, attorney award submissions, digital initiatives, and thought leadership efforts. She also plays an integral role in planning firm events, CLE programs, and internal initiatives that support the firm’s growth and visibility.
Lauren is actively involved in the Long Island community, serving as Co-Chair of the United Way of Long Island Young Professionals Network and Corporate Co-Chair of Sunrise in the City through the Sunrise Association’s Young Professionals Committee. Lauren has been involved with the American Kidney Fund since 2010 and serves on the Golf Committee for the New York Golf Classic. Lauren previously served as Head Coach of the Syosset High School Varsity Dance Team, leading the program to its first-ever national championship victory. Lauren has been recognized as a Long Island Business News Movers & Shakers honoree in 2022 and 2023 and a 30 Under 30 honoree in 2023.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Public Relations and her Master of Science in Marketing from Hofstra University.
