Uniondale, N.Y. – January 10, 2023 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C. announced today that Nicole Osborne will be co-presenting with Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law a Cybersecurity Webinar titled, “Best Practices for Professionals (Non-Lawyers) and Business Owners”. The zoom webinar will be on January 25, 2023 from 12:00pm-1:00pm ET. The webinar will help business owners and professionals to understand the expanding array of cyber risks, including but not limited to data breaches and cyber-attacks, and the ever-evolving legal framework that has arisen in response to these modern torts and crimes. The webinar will also focus on the best practices for businesses to protect their business, their physical and non-physical assets, and customers from cyber liability. Ms. Osborne is a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group, Commercial Litigation Department, Employment Practice Group, Health Law Department, and the White Collar Crime and Investigations Practice Group.
