Grusd will be presenting at the 2023 XLNC Summer Conference 2023 on a program titled “Selected Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Concerns and Issues in M&A Transactions”. The conference will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on June 9 – 11.

Mr. Grusd is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department and International Practice Group.
