RMF Attorney Gavin C. Grusd to Present at XLNC Summer Conference 2023

Uniondale, NY – June 7, 2023 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Partner, Gavin C. Grusd will be presenting at the 2023 XLNC Summer Conference 2023 on a program titled “Selected Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Concerns and Issues in M&A Transactions”. The conference will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on June 9 – 11.

XLNC is an association of independent accounting, law and management consulting practices from across the globe. XLNC’s multidisciplinary approach offers greater potential for referral of business among its members, and XLNC follows this strategy in order to enhance the business exchange opportunities between members in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Grusd is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department and International Practice Group.
