RMF Attorney Alexandra C. Piscitello Joins the Young Professionals Committee of the Marty Lyons Foundation

Uniondale, NY – June 8, 2023 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that attorney, Alexandra C. Piscitello, has joined the Marty Lyons Foundation’s Young Professionals Committee.

The Marty Lyons Foundation’s Young Professionals Committee is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated individuals between the ages of 25-40 who volunteer their time, talents, and energy to give back to the worthy mission of the Marty Lyons Foundation. The Marty Lyons Foundation sets out to fulfill the wishes of children ages 3-17 who have been diagnosed with terminal or life-threatening illnesses.

Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, Steven J. Kuperschmid, has served on the Board of Directors of the Marty Lyons Foundation since 2011.

Ms. Piscitello is an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she is a member of the Corporate & Securities Department and a member of the Cannabis Law, White Collar Crime & Investigations, and Blockchain Technology and Digital Asset Practice Groups. Ms. Piscitello’s practice concentrates on general corporate representation where she advises public and private clients on a broad range of corporate, securities and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, and SEC filings. She has also drafted a variety of license, operating, employment, management services, and other commercial agreements.

Ms. Piscitello received her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Upon graduation, she received the Gold Award for Public Service, which is awarded to graduates who devoted 750+ hours to public service during their three years at Hofstra Law, and the Alan N. Resnick Award of Fellowship and Unity from the Hofstra Law Review.

Ms. Piscitello prides herself on being an involved member of her local community and has proudly served as a longtime volunteer at Oak Neck Athletic Council, a non-profit that provides athletic opportunities to children in the community.
