Uniondale, NY – May 11, 2021– Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Michael Faltischek along with attorneys Dan McAuliffe, John Chillemi, Eric Rubenstein, Joe Harbeson, and David Milner completed the One Hundred Two Million One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollar ($102,115,100.) financing for the construction of Fountaingate Gardens, a senior independent living community.
Fountaingate Gardens is sponsored by the Gurwin Heathcare System and completes its development of a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Gurwin Independent Housing, INC. was created to develop, construct and own a senior independent living community consisting of independent living apartments, common areas and a range of services and amenities, which will be located on 10.47 acres of land owned by the Corporation in Commack, NY. It will receive support services and provide access for residents to the Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation and the Gurwin Jewish- Fay J. Lindner Assisted Living Facilities.
Over the course of the seven-year project, RMF’s team addressed rezoning, site plan review and approval, property subdivision issues, development and financing of ancillary facilities to support the community and adjoining facilities, construction, corporate and project finance. The completion of Fountain Gardens makes it one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the region.
