Uniondale, NY – August 31, 2026 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Partner, Jacqulyn S. Loftin, has been named one of Long Island Business News’ Top 50 Women in Business. The award ceremony will be held on October 15, 2026, at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
The Top 50 Women in Business awards recognizes Long Island’s top women professionals for their business acumen, mentoring, and community involvement. Honorees are selected by a judging committee and represent the most influential women in business, government, and the nonprofit fields. The program honors a legacy of leadership and impact, highlighting Long Island’s most successful women for the exceptional accomplishments they have made both professionally and throughout the region.

Ms. Loftin is a member of the firm’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. Her practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, representing Chapter 7 Trustees, Chapter 11 Trustees, and debtors-in-possession in bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Loftin’s experience spans multiple industries, including maritime, transportation, healthcare, and various other corporate sectors. Ms. Loftin has also been appointed as Chief Liquidating Officer in jointly administered Chapter 11 proceedings.
Ms. Loftin is currently a Director at Large of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), New York City Chapter, and has previously served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Programming Committee as well as Chair and Vice Chair of the Network of Women Committee for the TMA New York City Chapter. Ms. Loftin also sits on the board of the TMA, Long Island Chapter and is a member of the Network of Women Committee for TMA Long Island. She recently accepted the position as Vice Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Committee.
Ms. Loftin has been recognized as a New York Metropolitan Area Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy and previously as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
