Uniondale, NY – August 27, 2025 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Of Counsel, Hon. Elizabeth H. Emerson, has been named one of Long Island Business News’ Top 50 Women in Business. The award ceremony will be held on October 16, 2025, at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

The Top 50 Women in Business awards recognizes Long Island’s top women professionals for their business acumen, mentoring, and community involvement. Honorees are selected by a judging committee and represent the most influential women in business, government, and the nonprofit fields. The program honors a legacy of leadership and impact, highlighting Long Island’s most successful women for the exceptional accomplishments they have made both professionally and throughout the region.

“We are honored to celebrate Hon. Emerson for being selected to receive this award, which recognizes her outstanding career and influence throughout the Long Island community,” said Managing Partner, Adam Silvers. “As a former judge and now a valued member of our firm, this recognition highlights her leadership, integrity, and the significant contributions she continues to make to the legal profession.”

Hon. Elizabeth H. Emerson is a member of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.’s Commercial Litigation Department and the Fine Art Practice Group. With an extensive career on the bench, Hon.
