“I am gratified you have accepted this reappointment and am confident you will continue to serve the people of New York State with dedication and distinction,” said Governor Pataki in his letter to Weinstock dated August 28, 2006.
Separately, Weinstock was also recently published in the July 2006 issue of Retail Law Strategist with an article entitled, “Invading the Tenant’s Space – A Perilous Step No More.” This article discusses the extent to which a landlord may enter a tenant’s living space without the tenant’s prior consent.

Post’s Real Estate Practitioner’s Institute, and serves on the Real Property Law Committees of the Nassau County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
