Adam Silvers Named to the 2025 Executive Committee for Long Island Light The Night

Uniondale, NY – May 2, 2025 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is proud to announce that Managing Partner Adam Silvers has been selected to serve on the 2025 Executive Committee for Long Island’s Light The Night, the signature fundraising campaign of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). He will serve alongside RMF Partner Kimberly Malerba.

Light The Night unites communities nationwide to honor those affected by blood cancers and to raise vital funds for research and patient support. As a member of the Executive Committee, Adam will help guide the Long Island campaign’s strategic planning, community outreach, and development of corporate partnerships, furthering the mission of LLS.

“I’m proud to support LLS and help advance the meaningful work they do for patients and families impacted by blood cancer, which includes my own son,” said Adam. “It’s a privilege to be part of a campaign that brings so much hope and healing to our community.”

Mr. Silvers serves as the Managing Partner of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., and is also a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, Veterinary Law Practice Group, and the Intellectual Property and Technology Group. Mr. Silvers’ long record of accomplishments as a sophisticated corporate and securities attorney resulted in his being named a partner of the law firm in 2003; he is one of the youngest associates ever named as partner with the firm.

Mr. Silvers regularly counsels both private and publicly-traded companies on a variety of legal issues. Over his career, Mr. Silvers has successfully handled a wide range of complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and venture capital financings, joint venture and partnership agreements, as well as software licensing and development agreements, among other areas.

In 2003, Mr. Silvers cofounded the CFO Roundtable, a by-invitation-only monthly gathering of CFOs from Long Island’s leading private companies. At the meetings, CFOs share best practices and discuss mutual business issues. In recognition of his many accomplishments, Mr. Silvers was inducted into the Long Island Business News Hall of Fame in 2018.

In addition, Mr. Silvers serves on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Association and serves as its General Counsel, and was involved with the American Heart Association, having chaired their annual Long Island Heart Ball Gala. Adam also serves on the Board of Directors of Four Leaf Federal Credit Union and previously served on its Board Supervisory Committee. Mr. Silvers previously served as both a board member and executive committee member of Child Abuse Prevention Services of Roslyn.
