Mulholland was selected to receive Long Island Business News’ 2010 “Fifty or So Around 50” Award. The award recognizes and honors individuals for their leadership in business, support of professional and not-for-profit organizations and a commitment to the needs of the local community. Mulholland was inducted into the Class of 2010 at an awards celebration held on October 7, 2010 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, New York.
In his role at the Firm, Muholland is Managing Partner and a senior member of the firm’s Litigation Department, the largest practice group on Long Island dedicated exclusively to commercial litigation. He represents businesses, premier multi-national companies, Fortune 50® corporations, municipalities and government agencies and individual entrepreneurs in all manner of disputes. Mulholland is also a member of the Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He lectures and writes often on litigation topics, is a frequent contributor to the New York Law Journal and serves as a mediator in the Eastern District of New York’s Federal Court Mediation Program.
