Law Firm Continues Expansion with Addition of Two New Partners

NOTED ATTORNEYS DOUGLAS NADJARI AND JOHN FARINACCI JOIN RUSKIN MOSCOU FALTISCHEK

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, February 24, 2011 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced further implementation of its expansion plans with the addition of two highly regarded attorneys to its partner ranks, effective immediately.

Douglas M. Nadjari, a resident of Port Washington, NY has joined the firm’s Health Law Regulatory Department and White Collar Crime & Investigations practice. Over the last twenty-five years, Nadjari has enjoyed a high-profile career focused on the defense of physicians in misconduct proceedings, hospital staff proceedings, managed care disputes and the defense of medical professionals and corporations in criminal, administrative and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Nadjari was associated with several prestigious law firms on Long Island and in New York City. Prior to that, he served as a member of the Homicide Bureau as Deputy Chief of the Investigations, Felony Trial and Major Frauds Bureaus in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where he spearheaded the investigation and prosecution of homicide cases and health care and financial fraud cases. Nadjari is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York State Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association.

John G. Farinacci, a resident of Massapequa Park, NY is well regarded in the legal and professional communities for his depth of experience in estate matters.  He has joined the Trusts & Estates Department at RMF.  Farinacci heavily concentrates his practice in trust and estate litigation, having successfully handled numerous contested cases in the New York State Surrogate’s Court, Supreme Court, Supreme Court Appellate Division, Court of Appeals and Federal District Court.  He also represents clients in estate planning, estate administration and guardianship matters.

Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Farinacci was a partner at a Long Island law firm, where he specialized in trust and estate matters. While in law school, Farinacci interned for the Nassau Surrogate’s Court under the renowned Judge C. Raymond Radigan, who is Counsel to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek.
