Nilufar is a law clerk at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department and International Practice Group.
Nilufar represents private and public companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, focusing particularly on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, equity and debt financing, capital raising efforts (public offerings and private placements), general corporate support and acquisition financing. Nilufar has substantial experience in running and supporting share purchase or asset purchase transactions both buy-side and sell-side, including cross-border deals, in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., Nilufar worked as a corporate and M&A attorney for eight years at large and midsize law firms in London, UK, a top global financial center.
Nilufar was listed as a “Recommended Key Lawyer” for mergers and acquisitions in The Legal 500 in the City of London in 2024.
Nilufar received her master’s degrees in law from Temple University Beasley School of Law, University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and Queen Mary University of London. She graduated as a Juris Doctor with distinction from Eotvos Lorand University of Sciences, Faculty of Law after completing a five-year full-time J.D. program.
Nilufar is admitted to practice law in both England and Wales and in Hungary. She is a member of the Law Society in England with a current practicing certificate.
