Jacqulyn S. Loftin is a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she is a member of the firm’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. Her practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, representing Chapter 7 Trustees, Chapter 11 Trustees, and debtors-in-possession in bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Jacqulyn’s experience spans multiple industries, including maritime, transportation, healthcare, and various other corporate sectors. Jacqulyn has also been appointed as Chief Liquidating Officer in jointly administered Chapter 11 proceedings.
Jacqulyn is currently a Director at Large of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), New York City Chapter, and has previously served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Programming Committee as well as Chair and Vice Chair of the Network of Women Committee for the TMA New York City Chapter. Jacqulyn is also an active member of the Network of Women Committee for the TMA Long Island Chapter.
Jacqulyn has been recognized as a New York Metropolitan Area Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy and previously as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Jacqulyn earned her J.D. and her LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law.
