Brody P. Paola is a Law Clerk at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.

Brody received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as a Staff Member on Volume 53 of the Hofstra Law Review and an Associate Editor on Volume 54 of the Hofstra Law Review. For his contributions as an Associate Editor on Volume 54, Brody was awarded the Monroe H. Freedman Associate Editor of the Year Award. Brody also served as a research assistant for Professor Colleen P. Campbell and held several positions on the Student Bar Association and the Energy and Environmental Law Society during his time at Hofstra.

He is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude.
