Adam L. Rosen

Adam Rosen is Of Counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is a member of the Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Department and the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group.

Adam Rosen brings over 35 years of experience in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring law and related litigation. His wide range of experience includes representing public and private companies, trustees, receivers, creditors, insurance companies and other financial institutions.

Adam is recognized for his ability to find unique, business-oriented solutions to complex insolvency problems. His experience includes middle-market cases, as well as several of the largest chapter 11 cases, including Madoff Securities, Toys r Us, Neiman Marcus, WeWork, Rite-Aid, FTX Trading Ltd., and LATAM Airlines.

Adam has authored or co-authored several articles and outlines involving bankruptcy and restructuring issues and is a contributing author to the “Collier Practice Guide” bankruptcy treatise. He is an American College of Bankruptcy fellow and, from 2001 to 2018, was an adjunct professor of law at the St. John’s School of Law (LLM Program). For many years, Adam has been recognized as a leading practioner by Super Lawyers, and has the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubble.
