Attorney Gregory J. Naclerio Honored by St. Charles Hospital Recipient of 2005 Theodore Roosevelt Award

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, November 14, 2005 –  Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that partner Gregory J. Naclerio was accorded the prestigious 2005 Theodore Roosevelt Award by St. Charles Hospital of Port Jefferson at that organization’s Board of Trustees Dinner held on Monday, November 7, 2005. The award was bestowed at a black tie dinner and reception, which was attended by over 200 doctors, government leaders, hospital administrators and other business professionals. Father James Vlaun, President and CEO of Telecare, was keynote speaker and presented Naclerio with the award.

Naclerio, who is chair of the firm’s Health Law Department and co-chair of its White Collar Crimes & Investigations Group, is a longtime supporter of St. Charles Hospital. The award acknowledges Naclerio’s hard work, determination and dedication to Long Island’s medical community and the people it serves. It recognizes him as a man of integrity and deep conviction who has earned the respect and admiration of his peers.

Naclerio is former President of the St. Charles Society, has been a member of the St. Charles Board of Trustees for the past eight years, serves on the hospital’s Audit/Compliance Committee and is chairman of its Quality Performance Improvement Committee. Prior to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Naclerio was Senior Trial Attorney and Project Director for the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, served with the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Nursing Homes and as Director of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, Hospital Investigation Unit.
