Uniondale, Long Island, New York, December 1, 2015 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. is pleased to announce that Adam P. Silvers, who serves as the law firm’s Managing Partner, has been selected by Long Island Business News (LIBN) as a 2015 “Leadership In Law” awardee. The award recognizes and honors individuals for their experience, dedication, hard work, skills, and leadership qualities in business and the community. An awards dinner took place on November 19th at the Crest Hollow Country Club to celebrate those being honored.

In addition to being a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department, Mr. Silvers is Chair of the firm’s Technology Practice Group and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. As part of his commitment to the advancement of technology, Mr. Silvers is the firm liaison for LISTnet and a member of the organization’s planning committee for its quarterly Business Excellence Strategies and Trends (“BEST”) event, which features panel discussions on topics of vital interest to those who work in, and are affected by, the technology sector on Long Island.

Mr. Silvers has been actively involved with Child Abuse Prevention Services, a Roslyn-based not-for-profit organization, which, as an officer and director, he has helped to direct their planning and fundraising efforts on behalf of Long Island’s at-risk children.  Mr. Silvers serves on the Selection Committee and the Steering Committee of the Long Island Technology Hall of Fame.
