Ms. Morgenstern is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. She is also a member of the Fine Art Law, Estate, Trust and Fiduciary Litigation, Employment, and the Insurance Litigation Practice Groups. As a litigator, Ms. Morgenstern focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance coverage litigation, and other types of civil litigation. Rachel has experience handling cases before federal and state courts in all phases of litigation, including discovery, court conferences, motion practice, oral argument and trial. In her practice, Ms. Morgenstern has prosecuted and defended actions for clients in a variety of industries and focuses on the defense of shareholder disputes, employment practices liability, professional liability, and breaches of contract.
