Partner Arthur Jerry Kremer Selected to Serve on the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce Regional Business Partnership

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, June 8, 2005 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that partner Arthur “Jerry” Kremer, chair of the firm’s Municipal and Regulatory Affairs Department and a former member of the NYS Assembly, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce Regional Business Partnership, effective June 1, 2005.

In addition to his new role at The Chamber, Kremer maintains an active role in many key Long Island organizations. He is a Trustee of Hofstra University, a member of the Board of Overseers of the Tilles Cultural Center and has served on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Association. Kremer also chairs the annual Fair Media Council luncheon honoring outstanding achievements by the media. He serves as Chairman of the Young People’s Chorus of New York City and is the Immediate Past President of the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association. A 23-year veteran of the New York State Assembly, Kremer was the only Long Island legislator to ever head the prestigious Ways and Means Committee. He served in that post for 12 years, and served by appointment of the Governor on the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Capital Review Board and the Public Authorities Control Board.
