Three First-Year Associates Join the Ranks of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, October 25, 2007 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that first-year associates David Schoenhaar, Jessica Heller and Dennis Loiacono have joined the firm.

Schoenhaar, who initially worked at RMF as a 2006 summer associate, has joined the Trusts & Estates Department. He graduated from Touro Law Center and holds his undergraduate degree in Economics from Lafayette College. David has prior work experience as an intern for Magistrate Judge Thomas Boyle in the Eastern District of New York.

Heller has joined the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department. She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and earned her B.A. in Social Science from Washington University. She had previously been associated with BLS Legal Services Corporation, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and the Hon. William Pauley in the Southern District of New York.

Loiacono, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, graduated from Hofstra Law School cum laude and received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland. In the fall of 2006, Loiacono interned for the Hon. Kathleen Tomlinson in the Eastern District of New York. He was awarded the “Pro Bono Service Award of Excellence” upon graduation from law school for his dedication in performing pro bono services through Hofstra Law’s organizations and outside organizations.
