Ruskin Moscou Faltischek’s Douglas Nadjari selected as panelist for LIA’s “Data Breaches: A Survival Guide” Program

Uniondale, Long Island, N.Y., March 25, 2015 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. has announced today that Douglas M. Nadjari, Esq., Partner to the firm, will be a panelist member at LIA’s “Data Breaches: A Survival Guide”. The program will be held on April 1, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at the Long Island Association Headquarters.

This program will provide an overview of how to protect yourself and your company from a data breach.  It will also explore how to find out what makes one company more likely to have a data breach than another. Additionally, it will help you discover how to guard your business against a data breach and the proper steps to take if a breach does occur.

Douglas M. Nadjari is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Health Law Regulatory, Cybersecurity and White-Collar Crime & Investigations Practice Groups. Having devoted his career to defending business and individuals in complex civil and criminal cases, his expertise naturally extended to cyber security reporting, investigations and litigation.  He continues to handle matters of physician discipline, hospital medical staff proceedings, third party payor audits and demands for repayment as well the defense of physicians and corporations in criminal, administrative and commercial disputes.
