Ruskin Moscou Faltischek Partner Jeffrey A. Wurst Elected to American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers Board of Regents

Uniondale, NY –March 1, 2019 – Jeffrey A. Wurst, a Senior Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., has been elected to the Board of Regents of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL).

“Jeffrey is highly regarded by his peers and colleagues in the world of commercial finance, and his election to this prestigious position demonstrates his deep knowledge and unwavering commitment to his craft,” stated Adam Silvers, Managing Partner.

Wurst is Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Department where he oversees complex commercial finance transactions such as syndications, C&I, asset-based lending and collection related litigation. He is a panelist on the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Commercial Arbitrators and is frequently called upon as an advocate,  mediator and arbitrator in commercial finance proceedings under New York State and federal law.  His commercial finance newsletter and blog (www.wurstcasescenario.com) is followed by thousands of finance professionals.

A resident of Rockville Centre, Wurst holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College.
