Uniondale, Long Island, N.Y. March 5, 2021 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Claire Hashman has joined the firm as an Associate in its Corporate & Securities Department.
Ms. Hashman has over 10 years of experience working as an attorney for major Australian law firms and as in house counsel for some of Australia’s largest real estate, construction and funds management groups including Lendlease. In her practice she has advised on a broad range of corporate matters including fund formations, capital raisings, corporate restructures, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, construction, leasing, disputes and litigation. Ms. Hashman has also made significant contributions to industry in the green leasing and sustainable investment space.

In 2007, Ms. Hashman graduated with an LLB from the Australian National University, then ranked the 16th top University in the world by QS University Rankings. In 2018, she was awarded Lawyers Weekly In-House Lawyer of the Year for Construction & Real Estate and was included in the Australian Legal 500 Powerlist. Ms. Hashman is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia and New York State.
