Uniondale, New York – June 12, 2019 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C. was honored to sponsor the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) program on  June 11, 2019 honoring Justice Scarpulla for taking over the New York Commercial Part tasked with handling issues on international arbitration.

Associate Ross J. Kartez toasted Justice Scarpulla before a packed room of program participants (including the field’s leading arbitrators, advocates, and members of the major arbitration providers). Ross is a long-standing executive committee member of both the Dispute Resolution Section and the International Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Both Jeffrey A. Wurst (chair of the firm’s ADR Practice Group) and Thomas A. Telesca (chair of the firm’s International Practice Group) expressed their appreciation for Justice Scarpulla taking on this important role.
