RMF’s Managing Partner Adam Silvers to be Honored at the Sunrise Association’s 16th Annual Mildred and Samuel Levine Memorial Golf Classic

Uniondale, NY – June 10, 2022 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Managing Partner Adam Silvers will be honored at The Sunrise Association’s 16th Annual Mildred and Samuel Levine Memorial Golf Classic on August 8, 2022.

Since 2006, Sunrise Association has provided memorable summers for children ages 3 ½ -16. Sunrise Association Day Camps and year-round programs bring back childhood pleasures to children struggling with cancer. There are currently ten Sunrise Association Day Camps – three in New York (Long Island, Pearl River and Staten Island), three in Israel (Beit Yehoshuah, Be’er Sheva and Ramat Yochanan), two Horizon Day Camps (Baltimore, MD and Metro DC|VA|MD), Aurora Day Camp in Atlanta, Georgia and Sunrise Day Camp in Greater Philadelphia.

Mr. Silvers serves as the Managing Partner of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., and is also a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Department and Intellectual Property and Technology Group. Mr. Silvers regularly counsels both private and publicly-traded companies on a variety of legal issues. Over his career, Mr. Silvers has successfully handled a wide range of complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and venture capital financings, joint venture and partnership agreements, as well as software licensing and development agreements, among other areas.

In 2003, Mr. Silvers co-founded the CFO Roundtable, a by-invitation-only monthly gathering of CFOs from Long Island’s leading private companies. In recognition of his many accomplishments, Long Island Business News honored him with its prestigious 40 Under 40 award in 2006 and in 2018, he was inducted into LIBN’s Hall of Fame. Mr. Silvers is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and has also lectured before the Suffolk County Bar Association. In addition, he has been actively involved with the American Heart Association, having chaired their annual Long Island Heart Ball Gala. Mr. Silvers also serves on the Board of Directors of Bethpage Federal Credit Union and previously served on its Board Supervisory Committee.
