Uniondale, NY – August 17, 2021 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced that, effective July 1, Lisa Fenech, an Associate in its Trusts and Estates Department and Estate Litigation Practice was elected as Treasurer of The Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation (NCWBF), the charitable arm of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association. (NCWBA). Founded in 2006, the NCWBF has contributed to breast cancer research and awareness and awarded scholarships to worthy law students on Long Island. For the past two years, Ms. Fenech served as Secretary of the NCWBF.

Ms. Fenech’s practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, probate, estate administration, and estate planning which includes all manner of Surrogate’s Court proceedings, probate contests, accounting and discovery proceedings and other disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries.
Ms. Fenech is an active member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section, where she serves as Chair of the Sponsorship Committee. She is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association Surrogate’s Court Committee.
