RMF Attorney David F. Durso Named to Contractors for Kids Board of Directors

Uniondale, NY – March 9, 2021 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Associate David F. Durso has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Contractors for Kids (CFK), a non-profit organization that provides financial support to families facing financial hardship as a result of the illness, injury or death of a child.

Established in 2005, Contractors for Kids is a not-for-profit charity that was founded to help children and their families overcome obstacles that have unfortunately changed or impacted their lives through the sickness, injury, or death of a child.

Mr. Durso is a member of the firm’s Health Law Regulatory and Transactional Department where he represents health care professionals and practices in a wide variety of matters involving enforcement, investigation and compliance. A former Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, Mr. Durso is also a member of the firm’s White Collar Crime and Investigations Practice Group where he represents corporations and individuals in criminal investigations and prosecutions. Mr. Durso is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Hospital and Health Law Committee and is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
