Sheryl P. Giugliano To Be Honored at Schneps Media 2024 Power Women of Manhattan Awards

Uniondale, NY – April 5, 2024 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that Partner, Sheryl Giugliano, will be honored by Schneps Media at their 2024 Power Women of Manhattan Awards. Sheryl is a member of the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group, the Corporate and Securities Department, and the Litigation Department. Sheryl has utilized her extensive experience in bankruptcy to expand her practice as a business-oriented lawyer.

She earned her LL.M. degree in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law, where she is also an adjunct professor for their ABI Writing Class. Sheryl earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Sheryl is the Chair of the Chapter 11 Lawyers’ Advisory Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, Co-President of the Women’s Division for the New York Institute of Credit, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Long Island Chapter of Turnaround Management Association.
