Uniondale, NY – September 6, 2023 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that attorney, Kassandra Polanco, will be installed as a Board member of the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association on September 21, 2023. The Long Island Hispanic Bar Association (LIHBA) has dedicated itself to promoting and fostering the advancement of the Long Island Hispanic legal profession as well as the Hispanic community as a whole.

Ms. Polanco is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group, and Insurance & Insurance Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Polanco’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving commercial and residential real estate, breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, and related financial and business disputes. Additionally, Kassandra handles a variety of insurance coverage matters and assists with professional liability claims. A portion of Ms. Polanco’s practice also involves trust and fiduciary litigation, including accounting proceedings and disputes between beneficiaries and fiduciaries, employment related disputes, such as wage and hour litigation, and general cannabis law. Ms. Polanco is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
