RMF Attorney Adam L. Browser Named to Nassau County Bar Association’s Board of Directors

Uniondale, NY – June 9, 2022 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Adam L. Browser, Of Counsel, has been named to the Nassau County Bar Association’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 1899, the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) is a professional membership association for attorneys. It is the leading source for legal information and services for the legal profession and the local community in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. NCBA enjoys a membership of private and public sector attorneys, judges, legal educators and law students.

Mr. Browser is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Financial Services, Banking & Bankruptcy Departments, and the Insurance Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. Mr. Browser has nearly three decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, including trials and appeals, covering a wide variety of industries. Mr. Browser’s broad litigation experience includes creditor’s rights, construction, contracts, employment, insurance, landlord-tenant, licensing, partnerships and other business relationships, professional liability, real estate, title claims and trusts and estates. Mr. Browser has handled disputes for Fortune 500, mid-size and small companies, as well as individuals. Mr. Browser has handled cases in Federal and New York State Court, and in various dispute resolution forums, such as the American Arbitration Association. Acting as outside general counsel, Mr. Browser provides advice and assistance for small and privately owned companies on day-to-day operations, contract review and drafting and conflict avoidance and resolution.

Mr. Browser frequently lectures and writes on the topics of litigation, construction and creditor’s rights. In 2021, Mr. Browser was named a New York Metro Super Lawyer for construction litigation. Mr. Browser is currently on the Board of Directors of, and General Counsel to, the Professional Remodeling Organization of New York. Mr. Browser was formerly the General Counsel to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Long Island and City of New York chapters. Mr. Browser is an active member of the Hofstra Law School Career Services Alumni committee and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, active in its Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Committees. Mr. Browser volunteers regularly at the Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Mortgage Foreclosure clinics.
