Uniondale, NY – April 29, 2020 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., announced today that Jennifer Hillman, a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., has been named to the Nassau Bar Association COVID-19 Community Task Force.
According to the Nassau County Bar Association, “The task force will serve as a means to connect Nassau County residents to skilled attorneys who will provide them with assistance and guidance related to the pandemic. The volunteer attorneys will be available on a consultation basis only, which means that the attorney is not able to represent the individual in court or in any legal proceedings. Rather, the attorney will provide information and initial guidance through the duration of the consultation.”

Her practice concentrates on Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including accounting, probate, discovery and commercial litigation, as well as trial and appellate court matters related to trusts and estates. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where she serves as co-chair of the Surrogate’s Court Committee, and serves on the board of directors of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation. Hillman is chair-elect of the New York State Bar Association Trust and Estates Law section, and will serve as chair in 2021.
